My name is Eric von Pingel. Throughout my career—whether leading creative within a $6.4B retail media enterprise, global agency networks, or independent creative firms—I’ve proven that the most effective brand activations happen when you uncover data-driven insights and balance corporate objectives with genuine human empathy. I am a hands-on "player-coach" who listens first, aligns cross-functional teams, and translates deep consumer understanding into award-winning digital experiences that deliver outstanding results.

I built my foundation in this industry on a simple truth: I could draw and design exceptionally well. Early in my career, key mentors recognized that my conceptual ideas were the unique strengths that set me apart, opening doors that allowed me to scale my creative passion into leadership. More than twenty years later, I am incredibly grateful to have engineered high-impact creative strategies for a diverse spectrum of brands—spanning Fortune 500 giants to early-stage startups, and running the gamut from ice cream to IT, and finance to pharma.

Of all my successes, I am proudest of the high-performance creative cultures I have built. I cultivate collaborative, empathetic team environments where egos are left at the door and the best data-driven insight wins. Listening deeply to my teams allows us to build on each other's ideas in real time, unlocking collective solutions that are far stronger than any individual concept.
